Hi, my name is Peggy -

As a REALTOR® my goal is to serve as many people in my community as possible, one step at a time, one situation at a time while delivering exceptions, hands-on service, and having fun. 

​

Buying or selling your home can come with many issues and mixed emotions. I'm here to sort through and strategically find favorable resolutions to those concerns while promoting and protecting my client's best interests. I'm not deterred by the extreme fluctuations in the market or how difficult it can be to buy or sell in an opposing market. If it's the right time for you, then it's the right time for me.

I believe in creating a strong, trustworthy relationship with each of my clients that is built on honesty transparency, and loyalty that does not end at the closing table. I take pride in my duties and legal responsibilities as an agent and challenge myself to make each transaction as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I may not be a flashy or "salesy" agent but with my vast network and dogged determination, I am every bit as effective as my counterparts. I may not be the right agent for everyone but I will be the only agent for some. And that is why I do what I do.

On a more personal note, I'm a native of Utah. I have lived in a handful of cities from Layton to Lehi making the greater Salt Lake area my home. My husband and I have raised 3 children, so I'm familiar with our school systems, optional extracurricular and vocational programs that are available, and the many other aspects we as parents explore to assist us in raising our families.

I love the mountain scenery and the recreation it offers. My family and I enjoy many outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, camping, motorcycles, etc. Don't get me wrong I also like to travel outside of Utah, specifically for the Ocean. But it never ceases to amaze me at the year-round beauty and options of leisure we have right here at home.

Now that our children are all adults., I find myself getting more involved in my local community. I enjoy following current events, joining committees, and volunteering whenever possible. I am an extremely curious person and enjoy uncovering ways to learn and grow.
